We are thrilled to announce a major achievement by our Property Finance department!

Under the leadership of Laurie Baugh, our Head of Property, and with valuable support from Grace Rust - Finance Coordinator, as well as the dedicated efforts of Kelly Moody - Property Coordinator, and Andrew Hubbard - Senior Finance Broker, who have successfully secured a Development Finance deal totalling £4,360,850 for a UK leading property developer.

Laurie Baugh and the entire team have not only secured this substantial funding but also managed to lock in a market-leading low-interest rate, a feat worth celebrating, especially in the current economic climate.

The funds will also used as a strategic war chest for the developer, positioning them favourably for upcoming property opportunities.
