Approved Finance Group are excited to share that our very own Tom Brogan Cert CII (MP) - Commercial Property Finance Broker, recently completed a Commercial Bridging Loan for a valued client of ours, allowing them to pay off an existing commercial mortgage of theirs!

The Deal

The client approached Tom looking to raise a loan for the purpose of paying off their existing Commercial Mortgage. Doing so would allow the client to remove the existing security held by the current commercial mortgage lender against the property and their businesses. Doing this allowed for the shares of a nationwide franchise the client held to be bought out.

The Financing

Utilising our 125+ lending panel, Tom paired the client with the ideal lender.

This new 12 month bridging loan facilitated this and fit in alongside the complex legal work taking place as part of the share buyout. It will also allow the client to repay his loan under more flexible terms, easing financial pressure on them and their business!
