recently completed a Commercial Mortgage deal, worth up to £4 Million, for a market leader in the development, formulation, and supply of fragrance and beauty products!

The team were able to use our comprehensive 125+ lending panel to provide the client with the best possible refinance deal on a development bridge that Approved provided the client for their new warehouse unit which was completed in June 2022. The facility we secured was a 5-year fixed rate as the client was concerned about the rising interest rates!
