Approved Finance Group are excited to share that our specialist Property Finance team - spearheaded by our Head of Property - Laurie Baugh and Property Finance Co-Ordinator Kelly Moody, completed a Bridging loan deal worth up to a £3,151,924 in just 10 days from the initial enquiry.

Deterred by the bank’s timescales and process, the client turned to Approved in search of funds, requiring loan completion within 10 days in order to pay a tax bill. Laurie and the team swiftly collaborated with Senior Corporate Underwriter - Chris Johnson of Together Commercial Finance, leveraging our extensive 125+ lending panel to secure the complete funding the client needed turnaround.
