I'm thrilled to share that our specialist Property Finance team, led by me, Laurie Baugh, successfully closed a significant Property Development Loan deal valued at up to £11,392,040!

Faced with a challenge when the client's previous lender went out of business, they turned to us for assistance. My team and I swiftly collaborated with Senior Relationship Manager, John Hughes of Shawbrook Bank, utilising our extensive 125+ lending panel to secure the complete funding the client needed within a remarkably quick turnaround.
